About me
Veronica Karr has been teaching in Southern Kern Unified School District for 25 years, spending 12 years at Tropico Middle School and 13 years at Rosamond High School. Veronica has served as English Department Chair, Lead Mentor, Mentor Teacher, Yearbook and Newspaper advisor, and is an Adjunct Professor of English at Antelope Valley College. Veronica holds Master's degrees in English Composition and Creative Writing and was a 2023 Kern County Teacher of the Year Finalist.
