About me
Ami has over 20 years of experience in the education field. She started her career teaching Kindergarten, first, and second grades in the Sierra Sands Unified School District. Ami has also served as a Program Director for a private early learning program in Tehachapi and was Manager of Early Learning Services for the Kern County Superintendent of Schools.
Ami’s educational journey began at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree. in Elementary Education. She further expanded her expertise by obtaining a Masters Degree. in Educational Business Administration at the American College of Education. This solid academic foundation has been pivotal to her success as a UPK Coordinator and leader.
Outside of consulting, Ami is passionate about supporting and advocating for high-quality early learning experiences for ALL children. She also enjoys expanding her skill set through professional learning opportunities. Committed to fostering excellence and innovation in education, Ami continues to serve as a beacon for educators, institutions, and students alike.
